At Commins Butchers, we are thoroughly committed to providing the highest level of quality. As our goods are very fresh and perishable, we cannot offer a “cooling off” period or allow return of goods should you change your mind. However, this does not affect your rights to receive the best quality produce.
Should you find a problem with anything you order from us, please let us know the same day that you receive the item. This is hugely important as it allows us to trace the problem quickly. We will work with you to arrange a return of the faulty product, and refund, replacement or offer an alternative item.
